Apartments are booked on the respective subpage. After you have found your dream apartment, click on “Book” in the right half of the screen and follow the instructions.

You can withdraw from the booking at any time before the start of the journey. The written or telephone receipt of a corresponding declaration is decisive. If you do not start the trip, we can demand compensation for the precautions taken. These are regulated according to the following flat-rate fees. Of course, you are entitled to name substitutes.

The cancellation fees are:

  • up to two months before the start of the booking 20% ​​of the rental price
  • up to one month before the start of the booking 50% of the rental price
  • from three weeks before the start of the booking 100% of the rental pricecancellation conditions?

You will receive the keys upon arrival.

Villa Rosalva has its own closed parking lot.

Pets are very welcome with us. Please keep in mind that several free-roaming cats and an older, free-roaming dog live on the premises of Villa Rosalva.

Yes, all holiday apartments and houses have WiFi.

Yes, there are both towels and sheets in each apartment.

The units can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, or earlier by arrangement. On the day of departure, the units are to be handed over by 10:00 a.m., or later by arrangement.

Yes, it is possible to select additional services and equipment in the booking mask.

The following payment methods are available to you:

Yes, restaurants, downtown, shopping, and the beach promenade are about a 15-minute walk away.

Electricity and water are included in the price. There is no acceptance at the end of the stay.

After you have paid 20% of the amount as a deposit, the apartment is reserved for you. The balance (80%) can be paid as follows:

  • no later than one week before arrival by bank transfer
  • no later than two days before arrival via PayPal or credit card via your user account
  • in cash at check-in
