Apartment Type B offers plenty of space – approx. 50 m² – for families or small groups of 1 to 4 guests plus a baby.

Separate living and sleeping areas

The well-thought-out layout combines privacy with comfort: a separate bedroom ensures restful nights, while the bright, inviting living room is perfect for relaxing. Satellite TV provides entertainment.

Kitchen and bathroom

The open-plan kitchen is practical and well equipped, so you can prepare your own meals whenever you like. A modern shower room completes the comfort.

The amenities of Villa Rosalva

As a guest you can use the pool, heated all year round, with loungers and the shared, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue. Towels are changed regularly, the apartment is cleaned once a week and bed linen is refreshed. Depending on the season there is fresh fruit from our own garden, Wi-Fi is available, and on request you can start your day with our bread roll service or breakfast buffet (for a fee).
